This is the modern hunting version of this centuries old clan. a member of the Fraser family, Sir Simon, known as “The Scottish Patriot” was a supporter of William Wallace and defeated an English army at Roslin. Later, Sir Alexander Fraser married the sister of King Robert the Bruce.
Featuring a classic mix of green, deep blue/purple, with red and white pinstripes on a brown background.

Got my custom kilt after a month and a week. I only added fringe and sewn pleats. Pretty disappointed that I paid extra for the fringe. The picture shows about 2-3 inches of fringe and I got maybe half an inch. The fit is perfect along with the length, the fringe just wasn’t worth the $14…

Thanks for the feedback, we were doing 1″ fringe, but decided to make it 1/2″ to mimic the look of a traditiona kilt which has a selvedge edge of material, usually only about 1/2″ of which is “fringed”. We can add a longer fringed panel upon request. As for the turnaround time, we’ve never been this busy/backed up in our custom shop as we are this Summer 2021, apologies!

Ordered this for my boyfriend in Size Medium. He is a waist size 33, so I heeded the advice of the previous reviewer and ordered down instead of up. I was worried, but the kilt fit perfectly! No velcro overhang or bunching up. Thank you Sport Kilt for the beautiful kilt! It will make its first appearance at our highland games!

The kilt itself is fantastic. I ordered it with pockets (not knowing there was already one pocket sewn into the front). I was unsure about the integrity and size of the velcro section that holds it tight, but once I received it and actually saw it, was satisfied in the amount of strength in its hold.
What I found unfortunate, however, was the sizing. I did follow the unique sizing directions on the website, not relying on my pant size number, but rather using a tailor’s measuring tape. The kilt that I received is far too large. While wearing it with full velcro security, it is so wide that it sags down below my hips. In order for it to be snugly secure, I have to tighten it to the point that there is a 3 inch tag flapping off the side, unsecured.
And since I ordered it with the pockets, it is unable to be returned for the next size down.
I am at the low end of the Large size scale, and I would much rather have gotten the Medium and have a little of the velcro showing than to have one that is too large and have excess flapping off the side unsecured.
So if you are on the edge, between one size or the other, I would highly suggest getting the size lower.
I will be looking to have a relative with a sewing machine add an extra few inches of velcro to secure the excess length. As it was the Large size, it was also the standard Long length size. In hindsight I would much rather have gotten the medium in all respects.

Excellent Product
I bought this for my husband’s birthday so he could run races in a kilt. It came on time, and it was very nice quality. Excellent fabric and the pockets are great!! HE ran a 10k in it, and said it was very comfortable and easy to run in, and the pocket worked great for holding his phone. An excellent product that I highly recommend.
