Shipping & production Times
In-stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. Express shipping options are also available for items that are in stock.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and on public holidays (Christmas/New Years etc.) will be shipped on the next business day.
Customized items will be shipped in accordance with their production time + 1-2 business days.

Returns
Return Window & Eligibility
We accept returns on all standard stock items within 30 days of your purchase date.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Custom Items
To ensure the highest quality fit, any item where you provided specific measurements or selected specific custom features is considered a “Custom Order” and is not eligible for return. This includes:
- The Ultimate Kilt (Full Custom Fit)
- Commando Kilts
- Kilts with custom lengths
- The Works, Original Sport, Hiking, Women’s, and Kids Kilts that feature added custom elements such as:
- Specific belt loop sizes
- Leather buckle straps
- Custom fringe
- Sewn-down pleats or pockets
Measure twice, because we only make it once!
Please measure carefully before ordering any customized items.
Once a kilt is cut to your specific measurements, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Reference our detailed Size Guide or contact us immediately if you have any sizing questions to ensure you get the perfect fit the first time.
Alterations & Sizing Adjustments
If your standard kilt does not fit perfectly, we offer alteration services for a small fee.
Please note that while we can often adjust the waist or take in the sides, we rarely lengthen kilts once they have been cut to size.
Return Fees & Process
Restocking Fee: A non-refundable $20 handling and re-fabrication fee applies to all stock returns to cover administrative costs and labor.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or arrived damaged.
How to Return
If you need a size adjustment or wish to process a return, please contact our support team at feedback@sportkilt.com with your order number included in the subject line. Please send your kilt back within the 30-day window.
