Biography
I was born and raised in Halifax Nova Scotia. I now reside in Chateauguay Quebec with my wife and daughter and hopefully soon, a son. I am 31 years old and have been bodybuilding for 14 years. I have competed in 11 amateur shows; the last being the’ BIG’ one for me where I won my IFBB Pro card.

I have done a lot of things since I started training at the age of 17; Seven years in the Canadian Infantry Reserves, graduated from Dalhousie University with an Engineering Diploma and Kinesiology Degree, competed as a Heavy Events Highland Games competitor, competed nationally as a powerlifter, qualified as a level 2 firefighter, moved to Montreal got married and had a child. But the one thing that remained constant through these years was my love and desire for the bodybuilding lifestyle.

Most would agree that bodybuilders look alike for the most part so I like to stand out from the pack. This is easy for me to do since I am very proud of my Celtic heritage. I wear a Kilt. It also helps that I cant find a pair of pants that fit my leg and waist ratio haha.
