Custom Length *

Use a measuring tape, instead of using your pant size. This will determine your waist measurement.

The ideal kilt length: While kneeling, measure from the top of your waist (where you'd wear your kilt) to the floor. Some say your kilt should just brush against the ground when you are kneeling. Of course personal preference is the rule! Have it YOUR way.

Note:  Ultimate and Commando kilts tend to sit higher on the waist (more like a traditional kilt) than our standrard Sport Kilts. Therefore, you may want to add an extra inch or two in length to compensate. If in doubt, be assured that ninety five percent of the time, our standard size Medium-long, large, XL, abd XXL length of 22.5 inches will fit most guys 5' 10" and 6' 2" tall. 

Please Note: We cannot accept returns for customized goods, i.e., belt loops, sewn pleats, custom length. Measure carefully, please!

Belt Loops

We can add 5 belt loops around your kilt. Note that wearing a belt does cover the top leather buckle strap on your kilt. If you kilt fits well, you shouldn’t need a belt to hold it up, but some people like to wear belts with their kilts.

    This kilt is incredible! My family immigrated from Scotland not too long ago, and I bought this kilt in attempt to connect with my family back in Scotland. I wore this in Scotland and received many compliments on its design and ease of putting on and taking off. I even played airsoft in it the other day with no problems whatsoever. I’m looking now to get my second one in the sport style!

    Bought this package on an impulse. I am 1/4 MacPerson and have wanted a MacPerson Tartan for a while now. After looking at just about everything available, I knew that whatever kilt I would get later, that I would want a Sport Kilt for causal wear. That is the way I plan to wear it most often. At the encouragement of my daughter-in-law, I decided on the whole package. I couldn’t be happier with what I received, Everything looked much better than it did online and it all fit me great (I do have a narrow ass though!) The MacPerson Tartan was richer and more beautiful than I expected. I am proud to wear it. I was going to order a light colored Jacobite shirt, but the only color they had in stock was black. I am glad because the black looks great on me, and my wife agrees. I got lots of compliments when I wort it to the grocery store on National Tartan Day. I wish I know about wearing a kilt before I got married. I was getting a lot of attention from some very beautiful women. Every time I wear it, I get compliments, and I love wearing it! I even have permission to wear it to work! If you don’t want a logo patch, just ask. That is what I did, and that is what I got. This is my first kilt, but I have a number of worsted wool suites. There is nothing cheap or costumey about this kilt. The fabric looks, feels and lies great, just like my suits. The weight is exactly what I wanted. With the right accessories, I wouldn’t hesitate to wear it to more formal occasions. I really like everything in the package, and bought this way, it is quite a bargain. This package and Sport Kilt have my highest recommendation. I’ll probably leave the logo patch on my next one.

    Ok for what it is:
    This is a kilt for romping around in. This isn’t your beginner if you want to go traditional. This isn’t your wearing down the pub kilt. This is your summer play kilt.
    Some things feel a bit off, the middle apron pokes out the bottom oddly, and I wish there was a “no logo patch” option for the Works.
    As for accessories the flashes were nice, the hose are fine, the shirt I won’t ever wear anyway.
    All in all I like it ok, I just wished I loved it for what I spent to enter the Works of highland dress.
