**Men's Medium Waist Tip: If you are taller than 5'9", you want to get the Medium-Long size.  If you are 5'9" or shorter, the Medium will be fine.

Belt Loops

Although you don’t need a belt to hold up your kilt, we’ll be glad to add ’em so you can wear your favorite belt.

Belt loops can also be used to thread your sporran “chain-belt” through. This is the traditional use of belt loops on a kilt.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for customized goods, i.e., belt loops, sewn pleats, custom length. Please measure carefully!

Pockets

Now you can have us add 2 hidden side pockets to your Sport Kilt. You won’t even know they’re there unless you’re looking for them, or you’ve got your hands in your pockets.

A great custom option for those that have to have pockets on their kilts!

Please allow us a couple of days to customize your kilt with pockets before your order ships.

Custom Length *

Use a measuring tape, instead of using your pant size. This will determine your waist measurement.

The ideal kilt length: While kneeling, measure from the top of your waist (where you'd wear your kilt) to the floor. Some say your kilt should just brush against the ground when you are kneeling. Of course personal preference is the rule! Have it YOUR way.

Note:  Ultimate and Commando kilts tend to sit higher on the waist (more like a traditional kilt) than our standrard Sport Kilts. Therefore, you may want to add an extra inch or two in length to compensate. If in doubt, be assured that ninety five percent of the time, our standard size Medium-long, large, XL, abd XXL length of 22.5 inches will fit most guys 5' 10" and 6' 2" tall.

Description

“The Works Kilt”  is our world-famous Sport Kilt with three custom options already included: Sewn Down Pleats, Fringed front panel edge, and leather buckle strap closures.

The material is the same great Sport Kilt poly-blend (no itch!) fabric with superb “swing” and “drape”. It’s Machine washable, non-wool and holds a crisp pleat well. 

Each also features our original velcro closure, and elastic in the waistband for comfort and fit, with just a bit of give. Each includes a inside stash pocket 5×6″ behind the front panel.

Please allow about 3-5 days to add custom features like sewn down pleats, leather buckle straps, etc. to your Works model kilt.  Longer than standard length kilts are made from scratch, and can take up to 2-3 weeks to complete.

Please note: Since this is a custom made garment, generally we cannot accept returns or exchanges, unless we make a mistake. However, we want everybody to be happy with their kilt, so let us know if you have sizing issues once you receive your kilt.  Please measure carefully.  If you need a longer length kilt, or a larger model than what we offer online, feel free to call in your order to 1-800-451-KILT.

    GREAT quality!!! The material and workmanship is FANTASTIC!! The customer service was incredible!!! I sent in a request on a Sunday morning (EST) and received an answer within 2 hours. I had to return my kilt for an adjustment, they insisted on making a new one to make sure it fit properly and that I was 100% satisfied. They were VERY quick with responding and getting a new one back to me. From the time I ordered the first kilt until I sent it back and received a new one was about 2 1/2 weeks. I would recommend these guys to everyone and do business with them again.

    Very happy with my Kilt
    This is my first kilt. I got it to wear in all of my Marathons. I have worn it now in two races and I cant tell you how comfortable it is. The workmanship and quality is second to none. I also received numerous compliments form my fellow runners and spectators while wearing it in the races. A second kilt is in my future for this coming Christmas.
