Belt Loops

Although you don’t need a belt to hold up your kilt, we’ll be glad to add ’em so you can wear your favorite belt.

Belt loops can also be used to thread your sporran "chain-belt" through. This is the traditional use of belt loops on a kilt.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for customized goods, i.e., belt loops, sewn pleats, custom length. Please measure carefully!

Fringe

Now you can have the opening side of your Sport Kilt fringed for extra flair!

Sewn-Down Pleats

All Sport Kilts are pleated, but you can give your kilt that custom fitted shape with a leaner profile by having us sew down the pleats.

The first 4-5 inches of pleats (measured from the waistband) are sewn down along the knife edge of the pleat (vertically). This provides a more refined look and makes for easier care and pressing.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept returns for customized goods, i.e., belt loops, sewn pleats, custom length. Please make sure of your measurements!

Buckle Closure

You can add two 1″ wide black leather straps and nickle-plated buckles to the opening end of your Sport Kilt. A functional, traditional looking adjustable double strap.

While all Sport Kilts are secured with Velcro at the waistband, you can give your kilt that custom look (and added security) by adding buckles and straps.

Also note: If you opt for the Buckles and straps, we HIGHLY recommend adding the sewn-down-pleats option as they compliment each other.

Also, it is best to hand wash (or dry clean) your kilt with leather straps.

Pockets

Now you can have us add 2 hidden side pockets to your Sport Kilt. You won’t even know they’re there unless you’re looking for them, or you’ve got your hands in your pockets.

A great custom option for those that have to have pockets on their kilts!

Please allow us a couple of days to customize your kilt with pockets before your order ships.

Description

Hunting Women’s Sport Kilt!

Available in 4 sizes, Small 1-4, Medium 4-8, Large 9-14, and XL 14-22.

These are custom made, please give us 3-5 days to make ’em. If you need it rushed, let us know and we’ll do our best.

A wrap-around style women’s kilt with a secure Velcro closure and elastic in the waistband for comfort and fit. Standard length is 18″ long.

You may also add custom options like sewn-down pleats (highly recommended), belt loops, buckle/strap closure for a custom one-of-a-kind look.

Size note: small fits 22-26″ waists, medium is for 27-33″ large is for 34-38″ waists and XL fits 38-44″ waist sizes.

    This is my second sport kilt, both are great, but I received lots of compliments on the look and colors of this one. It is very comfortable and a great length. I ordered with the pleats sewn down and pockets and do not regret it. Even with those options, the kilt came in ahead of schedule and was perfect!

    Super comfy and smart!
    Such comfortable material to wear! I always get pockets for all my kilts from Sport Kilts! Worth it and you be surprised how deep the pockets are. I put keys, cell phone, lip gloss, money, tickets. I do wear it with a black belt and silver/gold shamrock belt buckle which matches my silver/gold shamrock pin that is on my Glencarry cap. Looks sooooo sharp! Yes – People notice how your dress and you need to do it right. Especially with Scottish Kilt attire. The right length is important for me as a Bagpiper too. So us girls usually wear our kilts just above our knee – not that much higher/more for Band look. But for fun – I have kilts that are 2 inches shorter. Rather buy here then across the pond. The material is just way easier to wear, wash, and not hot like wool esp here in Florida.

    Super Comfy!
    This is my husband clan kilt. So I now am able to wear this kilt both to Weddings and Services with my matching fly plaid at the correct length. With both of us as pipers it looks sharp! We have the hose, flares, belt, belt buckle, vest, jacket for my husband. If you want to look the part you have to dress the part. People pay attention to how we look as well as how we play. This kilt is really like my yoga pants to me – so comfy! Still looks smart and not so hot here in Florida.
